which is true-er?

the truth itself or what is perceived to be the truth?

perceptions can be highly deceiving and manipulative. simple hypothetical example on the usual topic of love.

if and when you perceive yourself to be in love, you do stupid things.
if and when you REALLY are in love, you do stupid things.
period.

considering the fact that both causes reap the same consequences should the thin line between that truth and perceptions of it matter at all?

what matters then... ?
if you can get people to perceive what you are doing or have done to be a good thing, is the fact that your actions were ill intentioned but by a stroke of luck(on their side) and a misfortune (on yours) turned out to be a blessing, of any significance?

if what you know differs from what the rest of the world perceives, does that make a lie.. the truth?

the saying " majority wins" seem to be lacking integrity of some sorts.
