God should put a timer in everyone.
Once it's past 10pm, or maybe 9 pm in some neighborhoods, people should be rendered scream-less. Only talking is allowed. no arguing or anger should happen after the stipulated bedtime.

People need to sleep. Neighbors need to sleep.
